You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating outputs, making final decisions, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Where automated decision-making is used, you are responsible for ensuring lawful use, providing appropriate notices and obtaining consent where required, and ensuring human oversight where legally required. Linefront does not make decisions on behalf of Clients unless explicitly agreed.
Where applicable, Linefront may facilitate credit and background checks through third-party providers, including TransUnion.
Linefront is not a credit provider and does not make lending decisions.
